It really does. This is in part, why I got into postpartum doula work.  At the end of the day raising tiny humans is hard. So hard. Sometimes we need help accomplishing those tasks like dishwashing, and when we don’t have a family support network, or close friends to step in…. I wish I had known when my second was a newborn. A postpartum doula could have made all the difference in my postpartum experience. ~Brook
